I am a historian whose recent work examines the economic, environmental, and social history of greater Tampa during the Cold War. I currently teach at Polk State College and the University of Tampa. My work has been published in Tampa Bay History and the Florida Historical Quarterly, and I am the co-managing editor of the Sunland Tribune, a journal of local Tampa history. I am available for tours and talks about Tampa, Florida, and Cold War-era American history
